1. Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within 2 working days upon order made or without any further notice given for late payment.
2. If your items happened to be out of stock upon notice by our supplier, we would inform you immediately and a full refund will be returned to you. However, we try to make sure that your ordered items would be available on stock.
3. Items ordered would be notified to our supplier after the preorder closing date and the estimated time of delivery of your pre-ordered items will be within 2 weeks.
4. Last minute backing out of order once payment made would not be entertained.
